Arkansas Diagnostic Center will be closed EFECTIVE August 12, 2024, as it transitions to new ownership. We thank you the community for support the last 35 years.

Please contact the receptionist or medical records office if you would like to require a copy of your medical records between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the request to be completed.
